There was three spiders I found in the room. I ended up staying up all night long killing spiders and making sure the one I saw on the ceiling wasn’t going to come down on his web and crawl on my baby son.

I am deeply disappointed by the discrepancy between the advertised "breakfast included" option on the Booking.com website and the reality of my experience at the hotel. Arriving with the expectation of enjoying breakfast as part of my stay, I was dismayed to find that this amenity was not provided. Instead, I was offered a nominal $2.00 voucher as compensation, which does not adequately address the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this oversight.
