First room had a non working TV. Bedding and towels were thread bare. Cleanliness was questionable. Not many options for breakfast. No elevator.

As always the staff was impeccable and warm and accommodating. This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting family in Albert Lea. I often recommend two family members and we book multiple rooms at a time. The hotel is great for the value in the facilities are always clean and warm and welcoming.
Negatives:
I only had one small issue this time around and I've been staying here for years and this is the first time I've ever had an issue. I paid the extra money to book a suite with the spa tub and unfortunately the tub was not working when I stayed. The Jets would not engage. It was late at night when I attempted to use so I didn't bother the hotel staff as there was very little they could probably do and did not want to change rooms at such a late hour. I did notify them upon checkout
