We were there when it opened at 7am but food was not hot.
Negatives:
Shower/tub caulk unsightly. Bed needed a blanket in addition to duvet. Microwave clock way too bright for sleeping. Elevator worn, dirty and slow. Property just did not have clean, well-maintained feel we have come to expect from HIE.

Just really wish the pillows were a little more comfortable. Even the “firm” pillows were flattened pretty easily. Didn’t feel much like a pillow at all. Beyond that, the stay was great for what we needed.
