The parking lot was under construction, no place to park. They found us a different hotel nearby, at more money. They assured us that we would get a refund, but so far none has happened.
Positives:
The HVAC system was good - the fan could be on all night as white noise without having the AC on. The shower head and shower water pressure were very good. Good supply of towels. Generous availability of plug-ins for chargers, etc. Good selection of cable tv channels. Extra roll of toilet paper available.
Negatives:
No bottled water available, had to travel to nearby store. Extremely small hand and shower soap bars. Only one small shampoo container. No paper or pen in desk. Only 3, not 4 pillows. Window curtain was torn. Iron was not clean and stuck to shirt that needed to be ironed for attending wedding. No towel bar by bathroom sink to hang hand towel. Stain on easy chair in room.

Average stay, with some pluses and minuses, but overpriced for the accommodations.
Positives:
Convenient location and accessible to stores, food, right off the interstate, free parking and continental breakfast. Comfortable bed, microwave and mini fridge in room was convenient.
Negatives:
The room had a foul odor, hotels response was to spray the carpet. There were partially eaten snacks left in the room. I was informed there would be compensation for the inconvenience but manager was not aware. Waiting for call back and compensation.
