Positives:
The night staff, when checked in late at night, took care of my son needs. Late night person was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. My son was in an accident totaling his vehicle hitting 2 rodents on the interstate by Pelican Creek 40 mns outside of Alexandria MN the night of his stay. Scott was so nice and said he'd take care of my son when he arrived. They let him stay in his room the next day at no charge until we arrived (we had to travel 6 hrs) to get him a vehicle so he could continue on to Wisconsin. Exceptional service and caring staff. The hotel was very clean.
