The beds and pillows were great! Willy T’s restaurant on property was really good

Dirty, cold hallways. Huge pile of ants in pool/lounge chair area. Hot tub had way too many chemicals. Need to change room to double beds in room -so I called front desk staff and was told i had to go through booking.com- but yet I was at their hotel. Staff was not accommodating or willing to help. But yet, when I went to the front desk, she helped me immediately and was very pleasant about it

The room was dumpy run down. Pillows were horrible f door barely shut you had to bang it hard to get it to shut. The deadbolt didnt even work. I paid more for this hotel for the name and it was a dump. The staff was very good.
