I was given a key to an occupied or uncleaned room. Without much of an apology, I got a new room. The breakfast had sour milk for the cereal. The cereal dispenser was broken. There was no fruit or yogurt options. The coffee was horrible.

The breakfast was miserable. Waffle maker was broken, cereal was stale, eggs and sausage were cold and slimy. We grabbed a plate to go and ended up throwing most of it away. Just the worst kind of hotel breakfast!

Our bathroom floor, toilet and shower were incredibly dirty upon arrival. Hair of all kinds, spiders, soap sludge, scum, broken tiles, you name it! I wore my shoes in the shower. The provided shampoo and conditioner bottles were probably 1 tbsp combined.
