Negatives: The noise was awful. Lots of kids screaming. Adults yelling, doors slamming. This went on until 4am.

Positives: The location was amazing being located close to the mall of America, ikea, and a nature preservation. The staff went above and beyond and were always happy!

Negatives: There wasn’t a patio to sit on and enjoy the nice weather. However when we asked about it they got us access to one that was amazing!

Negatives: We stayed two days. Housekeeping didn't come in to clean room. I assume because of Covid but the housekeeper who was on our floor was rude and inconsiderate. It appears they clean rooms after check out. Again I understand but is it unreasonable to think we would need new towels.
