I tried to switch my stay, they rudely told me that it would take 48 hours. They didn't let me cancel. And they were incredibly rude. Had it not been for just how rude they were I would have understood and accepted the fees.

Close to where we wanted...
Positives:
The location was amazing. Super close to awesome park with pond and a little waterfall. So fun to walk around the area with the warm weather.
Negatives:
The staff were rude and dismissive upon arrival of our stay. We got into our room that was supposed to be 2 queen beds and were stuck with two double beds that look like it fit one person. When I asked for a rollaway they said we weren’t allowed to have one on the 7th floor. When asked to change rooms they again were dismissive. Customer service was lacking. Super hot inside, smells funky, and overall dirty.
