Easy enough to get to from airport. Easy access to highways.

Waited 10 mins for someone to show up at desk for check in. My room had not been cleaned from previous guest. Trash, soda cans, old clothes, used sheets. All public trash cans I came across were overflowing. Weak wifi signal in room.
Positives:
free shuttle to air port and free parking for vehicle at the hotel while we were gone. Comfortable bed, coffee pot, refrigerator.

I got a great price for staying here for business. They had a decent breakfast and a free hotel shuttle from the airport and to the Mall of America, that is definitely an advantage. It is about an $8.00 ride to the mall and probably 20.00 to the airport.
Negatives:
There are a lot of migrant people who live in the hotel. Some are very comfortable being in the common areas with no shoes and some show up for breakfast in their PJ's- or silk night gowns! They do have a pool, but it was cold and the spa is not working.
