The room was full of cobwebs and dust. The shower leaked all over the bathroom so it was a swamp. The floor was sticky. It was a bad part of town. Breakfast was only 2 choices of stale cereal.

I didn’t like the costumer service and the policy of the hotel wasn’t clear. They told to pay deposit when I arrived at the property. They suppose to include this in the reservation but they haven’t done that. I intended to stay at the hotel three nights and and pay three hundred dollars. That was my plan but everything has changed when they asked me hundred dollars for deposit. After two nights of stay, the price of room has changed although my reservation was three nights and they didn’t tell me that when I coming to the hotel. The hotel has poor customer service because they don’t explain people anything. Also when I checking out, I asked my deposit and they told me I am going to get after seven day or 14 that wrong. I gave them time and they suppose to give me on time.
