Room size was remarkable, and very clean! The service desk was very attentive and friendly! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Location was perfect- just a nine minute drive to the Mall of America! Also just up the street from some great restaurants like Olive Garden and Denny's. Our visit exceeded our expectations!

When we checked in the Manager, Andy, was there to greet us. He was very helpful and friendly. He asked what we were visiting MN for and offered ideas for restaurants around the hotel. Our room was a two bedroom suite for our family of 5. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed.
The location is in a business/hotel area in Bloomington. The area is very quiet and restarants are within a few miles of the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and the person responsible for the breakfast area kept everything filled and the area was spotless. I wish I would have noted her name, she was doing an excellent job.
We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the St Paul/Minneapolis area.

room was never cleaned despite a 3 night stay. This should be disclosed before booking. I understand there is a shortage of staff, which is unfortunate. I predict hotels will begin charging extra for housekeeping services while you are occupying a room, not unlike what is happening with airlines charging for extra for anything and everything.
