I made a booking a week prior to the reservation date and the property cancelled on the night of the reservation, a few hours before we were due to arrive. They gave no reason and when I called they said they had no rooms left. The staff member who answered my call was rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. He couldn’t have cared less that we didn’t have a place to stay that evening and clearly gave our pre booked room away to someone else. No respect for the guest and the booking process.

This hotel is in a great airport location with 24 hour shuttle service
Negatives:
toilet stopped up. But we used a toilet down the hall to take care of the morning dump. We knew about "this" toilet at check in before we got our room. We informed the staff this bathroom was out of HAND SOAP during check in. Still no hand soap the next morning prior to check out. Typical airport hotel.

The room was big and clean with comfortable bed. Nice big Jacuzzi tube. The location is close to many restaurants and a Walmart.

They only had sweet items for breakfast. pancake/ waffle maker was broken. The $200 damage deposit was more than the room.

Room was good breakfast was alright was disappointed that on the website it shows pool and jacuzzi and there was non or fitness room. I didn't like that the hallways smell like weed and allot of people just hanging around the hallways.
