Unfriendly, unprofessioal staff, noisy neighbours! I had a very disappointing experience. The reception staff was super unfriendly and unprofessional. When I arrived between 9 and 10 PM, the reception was unattended, and I had to wait over 20 minutes with other guests. When the receptionist finally arrived, he was unprofessional, dismissive, and did not offer any apologies. When I mentioned that we’ve waited for him quite a while, he started to act very unfriendly. He mishandled my booking issue and was unhelpful throughout the process. Additionally, my room was next to a room with somekind of a noisy party that went on until early morning, which made it impossible to rest. Calls to the front desk went unanswered. Overall, it was a very negative experience that fell far short of expectations.
