No effort put into breakfast, hot water came on when pool closed and off when pool opened, linen not cleaned well, looked like blood on blankets, they had no more blankets, only provided one set of towels and had to wait until clean towels were washed.

Nothing. This place was absolutely terrible in every aspect.

The hot tub was down for maintenance, the breakfast was cold and the juice machines were not working, there were no towels or washcloths or hand soap in my room, there were cobwebs in every corner of my room. The staff are rude and not helpful.

I felt sorry for the person working in the lobby. He had to handle all of the complaints and requests from people when there were problems. He was very patient and tried to accomodate. The location of the hotel was easy to get to.

We had to change rooms 3 times. The first room had no blankets or towels and the wifi didn't work. The second room the shower didn't work. The third room did not have a safety latch on the door. None of the rooms looked vaccuumed. The hot tub didn't work.

The staff was nice. The room was not dirty. Breakfast eggs were good.

We had to request towels and wash clothes 3 times. Staff couldn't say when the pool would be up. Curtains don't close for night privacy. Fridge was unclean and sticky. Automatic door was not operational. Turkey bacon is gross. Only 1st floor ice worked.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk to help for at least 5 min when I got there. There was no toilet paper, shampoo, cond, soap, towels, or blow dryer in the room. The TV wouldn't work. I had to call down for all of this plus sheets for the pull out bed

No towels. When I checked she said she was going to get me towels. Next morning I tried to get towels again there was no clean towels.The tv was also missing they had to get a different one but took a few hours,I was honestly already annoyed
