Very clean friendly staff
Negatives:
I stayed one night and thought I might need a second night. The front staff said I needed to book it through booking.com for the second night so I did. I ended up not needing to stay and I was told because I used a third party to I could not get a refund. This was all done before the 12 noon check out. Very disappointed for using booking.com.

The hotel rooms were dirty with hair in bathroom sinks and shower area. The desk area didn’t even looked wiped down. Hopefully they changed the bedding the way the rest of it looked. The only reason we didn’t leave was cause we couldn’t afford to lose out on money and it was a competition we were there for. The hot tub was not working either.

I barely got any towels, my room didn't get cleaned l had to ask for tissue multiple days I only got clean sheets twice and I stayed for ten days. No towels in the pool area.

The hotel was modern with great amenities. There were vending machines, complimentary breakfast, swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, etc. The hotel is conveniently located as it’s close to the interstate and restaurants. Our room was very spacious and clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we’re in the Minneapolis / St Paul area.
