Positives: Great location, we have stayed here before and it was wonderful in the past...this time with NO WATER THE ENTIRE STAY we were incredibly mad and frustrated. The hotel staff checked us in and NEVER SAID A WORD about the lack of water in the hotel. UNREAL
Negatives: We literally had NO WATER the entire stay.They were aware of this and still allowed us to check in and never say a word. When asked about the situation, they continually stated that the water would be back on soon. It never happened. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Positives: The room had excellent setting. However hallways and elevator need cleaning along their sides. It didn't matter when we walked, morning or night. Happy hr. Great, especially Ike and Naomi, Breakfast, Fantastic. Espcially Burte's omelets - a dream!
Negatives: See above Staff for breakfast is so good. Keep this! Desk people so welcoming. Enjoyed our stay!!

Positives: Breakfast was very good, a variety of choices.
Negatives: 8 year old grand daughter was trapped in the elevator for an hour on arrival. Door shut before we could get in with her. Stayed on 1st floor and was stuck partially open. Fire department maintenance opened. Very frightening for our granddaughter .
