8 year old grand daughter was trapped in the elevator for an hour on arrival. Door shut before we could get in with her. Stayed on 1st floor and was stuck partially open. Fire department maintenance opened. Very frightening for our granddaughter .

The key cards are cheap. Had to have both cards reset 3 times because they didn't work. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible. When using the sink half of your face is dark.
