Positives: Spending time together

Negatives: Everything from the room being damaged, not having a mini fridge or microwave like advertised. To being disturbed at 2 am by someone pounding on the door trying to get in. To my key card having to be replaced a half dozen times or more. And a security guard not letting me bring in a crock pot to heat up some food, oh and the dryer not drying my clothes completely after 2 dryer cycles. And the only ice machine not working. The toilet clogging and not unclogging completely. The elevator worked on and off.

Negatives: There was a $70 deposit required on a card that hadn’t been communicated at booking. The refund if this deposit has not yet been issued to me yet and it has been 5 days. I was told at check-in it would be 1-2 days
