Cleaning of rooms.They don't clean during your stay. During your stay you have to ask for towels and toilet paper

The staff was very professional and courteous.
Negatives:
The surprise charge of $75 dollars for damages (yes it maybe refunded but they should say that when people book the room on websites). The bathroom was dirty where there was pubic hair behind the sink, scuff marks on the walls, the beds are very lumpy where I think I would have gotten better sleep sleeping in the car or on the floor.
