Negatives: A lot needs to improve because theres no room service in 2 weeks,whole hotel smells like weed,count on towels and bed sheets,most importantly if youre talking about hygiene.Im gonna say -0 .Moldings everywhere like kitchen and bathroom. Good luck!

Negatives: Terrible experience, I have paid for a total of 9 nights and I have been denied access in addition to keeping my money without refunding the money paid for my stay, which would be 9 nights. It's a complete scam

Negatives: I didnt even get to check in. I booked the hotel room a week in advance because I was seeing a doctor in the area and I live far from the Cities. I walked into the lobby and the woman in the front wasnt anywhere to be found, she just yelled what do you want? from the back room. I politely told her I was there to check in, she rolled her eyes at me, and pulled up my reservation. She told me they gave away my room and to go to Bloomington (not to any specific hotel location or address) and that I was still going to be charged. I asked her why I was being charged considering she just said she GAVE AWAY my room and she said she didnt have time for me and to call whoever I booked with. I had to find out myself that because I booked third party the hotel was never actually going to hold onto my room even though they had my card info and that I had no way of guaranteeing I would have a place to stay until check in which of course is the cancellation cut off. I was basically told to go screw myself by a rude young woman who was out of uniform and seemed like she has just been asleep in the laundry room. She couldnt even be bothered to explain what was going on and where I could go to get some help. The city itself also had to be the trashiest place Id been in a long time, the outside of the hotel wasnt much better. I wasnt expecting luxury, all I needed was a place to stay until the morning and I couldnt even get that. Dont even bother booking here, there are way nicer hotels not far from the area.

Negatives: The environment was uncomfortable and there was a bad odor in the hallway

Negatives: The front desk lady that check me in was very rude and told me to cancel my reservation because I told her to change my room. She was not nice. She kept a straight face when I got there.

Negatives: bad smell in one of the rooms, bad customer service (no help), smell of smock and marihuana in one room, asked for help to be move and no response from management, the general manager ask me if I want to check out at 11:00 pm with my kids, wife and handicapped mom
