The filtiness of the area. Roaches and bedbugs in the rooms. Hallways have not seen a vacuum for years. Broken elevators. The premises very unkept.

NOTHING IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!
Negatives:
The place smelled, no one ever at the front desk. Rooms were dirty. Bathroom door didn’t open all the way barely enough room for average sized person to go through it. One of room had no lamps so you had to use the bathroom light. Tv didn’t work no cable. Ac made a loud noise so we couldn’t use it. Paint on the carpet l. Plane and simple do not rent a room at this location. Drunks everywhere smoking inside the building in the lobby area. The list could go on and on.

I don't like the entrance to the building. There is always all kind of people there smoking and police officers always around the facility.

I did not like anything about them because the money I paid more than $600+ they never brought me breakfast.
Negatives:
I paid for an additional room during my first booking they never changed my room people were smoking inside and the room was dirty my first day at the hotel I had to clean the bathroom and bowl throughout until I left!
I came I got sick based on the dirtiness on my last night I could not sleep because the Maluwanna smell floor was directly inside and outside the elevator was dirty smelling everywhere. No food to eat and I pay for it.
