The heater didn’t work. The lock on the door was broken. The top of the faucet on the jacuzzi was missing. The biscuits at the breakfast were as hard as a rock. The ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t working.

In our king suite the couch and chair were old and saggy with stains. I didn’t even want to sit on it. The coffee in room was the worst and cheapest I have drank.

Icky low class experience.
Positives:
The staff were super kind, the lobby was very nice, room was mostly clean, minus the bath. Very accommodating when i needed to change number of beds. Were able to handle a bunch of dance girls being hyper.
Negatives:
The jets in the hot tub did not work. One staff working so they were very busy. No towels in the pool. Bathtub was absolutely disgusting. Floors were not vacuumed. Bed was not comfortable Breakfast was not stocked. Staff was trying but it was too much for one person to deal with.

Decent but should be less...
Positives:
We got there 10 min before breakfast was closing (our fault) and found that the breakfast set-up was being taken down. However, the attendant was helpful in getting us what food she could.
We appreciate that it is pet-friendly and brought our 2 small dogs with. The linoleum/vinyl floors are definitely a good flooring choice to have when allowing pets.
It was super close to the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, which we went to that night -- so we appreciated the convenience.

The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty good.
Negatives:
The front desk employee was not friendly. There were 2 employees that didn’t even say anything when we walked up to the desk, there was also a sign saying “we’ll be right back” even though they were standing at the computer. The room needs some work. There were a lot of damage marks to the walls. What looked like small holes in the ceiling. A very questionable stain on a chair as well.
