This hotel was AWFUL. We would like our money back. Our rooms were not clean when. We arrived, there were items left behind from previous guests that were abandoned, sheets were not clean, tubs not clean, etc. pool closed for maintenance and not told.

My first room wasnt cleaned, bed sheets hadnt been changed in a while, no bed cover, overall very dirty. Arrived late after a 19 hour drive and didnt want to deal with getting a new room

conflict between staff and a few guests which was loud in the hallways and seemed on the verge of getting violent. Once in a three day stay is an anamoly but three separate times makes for an uncomfortable experience.

The hotel was quiet. The lobby and hallways are well kept, the breakfast is nice.

My room was fairly clean, could use some updating. The curtain sheers were coming off the rod, dresser had been screwed back together, bedding/towels are older and dingy, oval toilet seat was replaced with a round toilet seat. The carpet could be cleaned

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot to pack our bathroom bag and they were very quick to bring us what we needed. The hair dryer in the room didn't work and they got us a new one. The room was clean and quiet and attractive.
Negatives:
The blanket and sheets on the bed looked quite old and worn. The sheets were not white anymore, but they were freshly clean. The bathroom towels were also quite worn. The pool area is currently being used as a storage area. No pool and no hot tub.

Staff members were very rude and unprofessional and the pool was not working and there is no mention of that before booking. Apparently has been broken for awhile. If there is hidden cameras in the hotel rooms I would not be surprised at all

Nothing, I feel like I should have gotten my money back but I was too tired from the road trip. My kids were so disgusted by the dirty look. We decided to see if the breakfast would help but it was hard bagel and two cereal jars and nothing else.p

Everything. The bed has bugs, smelling sheets , very dirty and smelling rooms. Bathroom was dirty. We had no lights in the room. We were changed to another with the ac not working and when we complained the staff brought a bed light we used.

The pool was closed the entire stay. The breakfast consisted of bread, bagels, cheerios and juice. The hot case was empty the entire stay as well. The ac unit in one of our rooms was dying so it stayed pretty warm in our room.

The pool was closed (reason why we chose this location over others), the inside the room lock was not able to be locked due to improper placement, the continental breakfast was cereal and 2 bagels. Needed to be replenished and this was 2 hours before ends

The hotel was dirty, the breakfast was a joke (eggo waffles and an apple), they lost power on our 2nd day there and it didnt come back on until the next evening. Hotel staff just said to open your window it should cool down this evening.
