Everything----we did not even stay there altho we are being charged for it. It was dirty & smelled like old smoke & vomit!!!!

Dirty, pool is closed, weak breakfast (only bread and apple) the coffee taste horrible, dirty hot thermos , has black stuff in cup when I got hot water. Thank god, I only stayed one night.

The hotel was dirty, the breakfast was a joke (eggo waffles and an apple), they lost power on our 2nd day there and it didnt come back on until the next evening. Hotel staff just said to open your window it should cool down this evening.

Power outage for 1 1/2+ days & not much concern to try to fix nor help accommodate. No AC, dark hallways & stairwells, no cable, floors need vacuuming, one bed w/ dirty sheets, one bar of soap for shower and sink to share, no shampoo/conditioner. No pool

Blood stains on sheets, pool closed once again, room smelled, breakfast area at 9:20am and only thing left was cheerios barely enough milk to put in our bowl, nothing else was available food wise and it was advertised so many family went away hungry
