Negatives: There was nothing we like about our stay. No breakfast. Extremely dirty room-several areas in the shower with hair. Floor disgusting. Staff in the morning not friendly and didnÂ't seem to care that our room was in that type of condition.

Negatives: The room was not clean when we arrived at 11 p.m. Waited while cleaned. Received comforter for bed at 12:30 am 1 1/2 hours after arrival No food out at breakfast juice out of order desk clerk brought bag of bagels from behind front desk. We didn't eat

Positives: The front lady was super nice and when the room didn’t have a shower curtain she switched me to a different room.
Negatives: As soon as I walked in the room I noticed it was dirty. There was dry spackle on the floor, no shower curtain, hair on the tub, a dead mosquito on the wall, the bed skirt was stained. It was just not worth what I paid.

Negatives: Everything the staff was rude, the room did not have what it was supposed to, it smelled like cat piss, there was no microwave. The front desk was very rude as well as they did not inform us of a deposit, and the checkout time changed from day to day.

Negatives: Pool closed, but I don't think I would have gone in it judging by the cleanliness of the hotel. Nobody would want to steal their sandpaper towels. Plenty of sketchy people around. One of the exit doors was broken so it could not open from the inside.

Positives: After they had us change rooms, it was clear that this was no place to stay.
Negatives: Hole in the sheets, sheets not clean wires hanging out the walls. I do not know who thought this was a three star hotel but they were wrong, this is not even a star!

Positives: The room was very clean and even had great, brand name shampoo & conditioner. A.C worked great. Bed was comfortable! Nice shower. And I loved that checkout was at 12.
Negatives: Yes. Someone was knocking at my window at 2am then actually called my room afterwards. I told the front desk clerk in the morning but she didn’t seem concerned at all. My sisters room also didn’t even have ANY garbage cans.

Positives: I didn’t really expect the hotel to be that decent from the look of it from the outside but the inside is really decent and clean their staff are friendly and their housekeepers are excellent.
