Orange juice in the machine was, brown and was completely off.
Pool was closed by the city, which we were not informed of and we booked to have a pool
Screens broken and hanging out as we drove up, window ledges, hallways, door walls all filthy
One of our beds was broken and and slumping to one side
We did not get rooms we booked and it was not rectified
Someone else’s hair, and lot was in the shower, walls floor it was scary dirty.
Shower curtain we so filthy it had both mold and so much dirt, where people have handled it.
The place was suppose to be non smoking but the pot smell was overwhelming in the halls and into the rooms.
Breakfast was 3 tiny muffins, cereal that was stale, rubber egg and mystery grey meat. It was not edible.
