Lights walking into our room didn’t work. Overnight staff were extremely busy so took awhile to get assistance. Also the jacuzzi bath was very weak. Very disappointing after a long day walking at the mall of America. Last thing parking lot is very small

Negatives:
Floor clearly was not swept as there were safety pins in the floor. There was water and a dirt line left in the bathtub as well as brown moisture drips in the ceiling from people smoking in the bathroom with a fan that was broken, and multiple lights were burnt out. We stayed just to get out of the house for a night so it served its purpose. I’ve been here a couple times for this reason, usually with my kids and prior to the remodel. The rooms are not homey comfy without carpet. Gotta keep your shoes on until you go to bed.
