The door key system was down. So it you left the room you had to be escorted to your room to be let in.

Location was good. Close to the Minnesota Zoo and many restaurants.
Negatives:
The key card system wasn't working so we had to get escorted to our room to be let in everytime. It was advertised by the hotel that the pool opens at 6AM but Staff didn't open it until 8AM. It was freezing cold in the pool area, they must've had the AC on in there. The hottub jets barely worked, the jets would stay on for maybe 5.minutes and then turn off even when we set the timer for 15 mins. Breakfast options were very, very minimal....

Room was ok. Everything was clean.
Negatives:
Hot tub was not working, which was big to me. Sauna wasn’t working. Pool was cold. Breakfast was lacking big time. No milk, no sausage eggs or biscuits. No creamers or anything to add to coffee.
