Extended Stay America Suites - Minneapolis - Airport - Eagan - North

Negatives: The hotel lobby, hallways and room were not clean. The complimentary breakfast (which looked like oatmeal packets only) was not setup at 6:35 even though it starts at 6:00 even coffee wasn't ready.

Negatives: Dirty rooms, cold air, no heat, no hot water in either room (we booked 2 rooms)

Negatives: Hallways smelled of cat urine, probably do to tenants having multiple cats in a room as well as a dog.

Negatives: Better breakfast with table and chairs

Negatives: The staff was rude it was beyond dirty and they never let you have clean towels, either the doors didn't unlock or the AC didn't work the bathroom was disgusting it. It did not feel like a hotel felt like a dirty low income apartment building with broken down cars everywhere abandoned barbecue grills drug needles on the ground absolute worst place ever

Negatives: There was nothing to like. It was completely filthy and smelt like urine from the moment you stepped into the hotel. The rooms were worst. Dusty floors, broken curtains, paint coming off walls, dirty lamp shades, clogged tub, dirt through room. We left.

Negatives: The staff was not friendly, she didn't smile and it seemed like she didn't want to be there. I can say that she was helpful and resourceful. The room looked clean but as we went through the room, it was a bunch of trash inside multiple draws that were in the room. Hair was on the bathroom towels. Stains on the rug and the back of the toilet was dirty. There was also a pair of crocs under the bed and a few plastic bottles. There was no phone in the room. I called front desk from my cell phone to let them know and she stated that there wasn't anymore king suites available. She came upstairs to our room to clean up what housekeeping left behind. After she was finished it was almost two bags of trash that she had to remove from the room that was supposed to be clean. I've stayed at multiple Extended Stays and this one I wouldn't stay at again!!! I'm disappointed in the housekeeper that had that suite on they're list. Housekeeping management should make sure that they're employees are opening up all draws in the room and checking under the beds as well

Negatives: I dont like nothing the customer service not good we asked for the bathroom was no good and the key was not working even and Sunday nobody Sarahs. We went to a different hotel because the attitude everything.

Negatives: They accepted the reservation and even answered my communication of my arrival at 7PM. As I arrived there, the lady at the desk just said to me that they didn't have any more space for me because they overbooked and I had to search for another hotel. She even told me I should cancel the reservation (so I would be in the wrong and pay anyway because canceling so late means that)

Negatives: lobby is not presentable. breakfast needs improvement

Negatives: There was nothing i didnt like.
