There was some kind of problem with the Booking.com confirmation code (we made a non-refundable reservation, with payment in advance), and we had to wait almost 45 minutes while the person in front desk could contact Booking.com to confirm the reservation.
It was night, and in the group there were 2 people over 70 years old and a child of 4, we asked them if they could give us a room so they could settle in while I stayed there, solving the problem with them, but we got a negative response. I expected to receive better service.
