Negatives: The day we arrived, the receptionist was not able to identify our paid reservation and without even trying to check on her side, since I showed her the proof of payment she insisted there was no reservation made I had to call booking.com for support and luckily I was able to talk with someone who helped us to clarify the situation Indeed there was a reservation and our names were in the receptionist list, but she wasn’t willing to admit Finally the room we were assigned was on the ground level by the pool, not really the most quiet room
