Negatives: Since it was raining a covered entry would have been nice. And we had difficulty finding the hotel entrance - no name near it. Looked like it could have been the back door.

Positives: I have been lodging in this hotel for years The cleaning crew is awesome and friendly
Negatives: The day we arrived, the receptionist was not able to identify our paid reservation and without even trying to check on her side, since I showed her the proof of payment she insisted there was no reservation made I had to call booking.com for support and luckily I was able to talk with someone who helped us to clarify the situation Indeed there was a reservation and our names were in the receptionist list, but she wasnt willing to admit Finally the room we were assigned was on the ground level by the pool, not really the most quiet room

Positives: It is good and confortable. Some of the staff were non-English speaking, however, they are really helpful.
Negatives: I stayed in the Hotel for almost for the whole week. the Breakfast menu has NOT been changed. Same menu everyday. this is a "Non-smoking" facility, guests still smoking Marijuana in the Hotel. nothing the staff can do, but it needs to be monitor.
