Negatives: There was a a lot of noise and people outside and in the parking lots and very suspicious things going on after hours. My wife didn’t not feel safe there. We booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 we book a different hotel for the remainder of our trip was told I would get a refund but haven’t seen one yet.

Negatives: Dirty and bad smell

Negatives: No staff available after 12 pm and no other amenities

Negatives: minimal amenities and service. No ice machine

Negatives: They don't provide breakfast, did not have shampoo or conditioner, room and hallways smelled very musty- like they need some dehumidifiers going. Parking lot had piles of dead branches in a few parking spots... wasn't very welcoming, looked messy.

Negatives: The hotel is pretty worn down. There is dust on nearly every surface. The duct work through the building is notably dirty. The door to our room was loose and hinge was sagging.. We had to jiggle it to get it to secure, elevator buttons didn't work correctly, hospitality cart had a flat tire, front desk attendant was serviceable but literally said three words to us while checking in. I travel frequently for work and have paid nearly the same amount for much nicer hotels in Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia etc.

Negatives: The room smelled like an old well used ashtray. Good thing the windows opened, or I would have had to leave immediately. Sadly one evening I had to close them because it was hot out and I was stuck in an ashtray overnight. It's sad that a company that claims to pride themselves (or at least advertises that they do) on how clean their rooms are provides something so repulsive for hundreds of dollars. I will never stay with this chain again and will share my experience with my colleagues, and as an example of bad service in my talks.
