Not convenient to gas stations, etc. Charged almost $11 more than the price we were given on Booking.com, and will not respond to messages. No microwave and the fridge turned off and had to be restarted every couple of hours.

Negatives:
I would have liked a microwave in our two room suite. Also, paying for parking in the hotel lot is just silly. It’s not a high traffic area and there are plenty of spots. I’ve never had to pay for parking in similarly located hotels. The online description and pictures showing there was a lounge to buy drinks is incorrect and should be updated. That area is only used for breakfast, which is a la carte.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. I loved the balcony and being able to open it for fresh air.
Negatives:
The staff wasn't very welcoming at all. When I checked in, nothing was explained, and I had to ask how breakfast worked. He quickly ran thru it so I didn't bother to use it. I was not informed of a parking fee, never heard of having to pay a parking fee if you were staying in hotel. There was no microwave and only a half of a roll of toilet paper, I had to ask for more. I needed ice but never could find the machine.
