Positives:
Staff was very accommodating. My handicap sister stayed for a couple of days by herself while in transit, moving from out of state to Minnesota. The staff helped her once into her wheelchair, as she had slid to the floor while transferring from the bed.
Negatives:
The floor strip across the carpet to the kitchen tile is too high and difficult to get over with a wheelchair. The Bathroom toilet needs grab bars on both sides to safely transfer back and forth. The shower needs a shower chair.

I was greeting very pleasantly by the front desk staff. The room was very nice and had a lot of room.

we found a roach in the bathroom. It was the only bug i seen in the two nights i was there so i didn't make a big deal about it

Everything about this stay was excellent! My dog was behaving really well too even with a couple dogs barking close by in other rooms. She just love to play withdogs so she gets excited outside but she was very comfortable in the room. Love the kitchen to

Just the racking up of incidental fees. I know it's necessary, but it can wipe out an account fairly quickly. If there's a way to waive them, let me know, I'll definitely stay again!

Parking was a bit of an issue. I did not like parking on far side of hotel and walking around to the front in the cold rainy weather.
