Clean hotel.
Negatives:
Tough night's sleep and bed. BOOKING>COM charged me even though they weren't supposed to and this has happened to us and to family members we traveled with Many times. We were traveling for business and cannot get reimbursed for stays charged to a credit card (school district rules). We brought cash to pay, but our card was charged and we couldn't get it reversed.

Positives:
Easy on/off location next to highway. Large parking area for vehicles with trailers. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
Negatives:
Pricing was high, but understand as this is on the major route for northern Minnesota and Canadian visitors.
