Clean hotel.
Negatives:
Tough night's sleep and bed. BOOKING>COM charged me even though they weren't supposed to and this has happened to us and to family members we traveled with Many times. We were traveling for business and cannot get reimbursed for stays charged to a credit card (school district rules). We brought cash to pay, but our card was charged and we couldn't get it reversed.

The pool and hot tub were very dirty. Dogs scratching and whining in another room. Back security lock door had duct tape over the lock so would not lock, not secure
