Staff were nice and helpful also the place was convenient
Negatives:
The pool room was a bit disappointing the bathroom had a water leak and seemed pretty dirty also the floor around the pool and hot tub was dirty plate the bench in the sauna was broken and not sturdy or safe. In the room I was staying in 216 under the fridge there was damage prior to us staying there in the picture I submitted. Also the shower head was making a terrible sound when the water was running.

The pool cut up all the kids feet. My 6yr old couldn't walk and has been crying since we left the hotel. The remote didn't work, the pool was dirty.

This hotel was extremely outdated and grungy. The bathroom had rust on the ceiling above the shower. The door to the bathroom was filthy. The bed linens were crunchy and not comfortable at all. The room also had a very musty mildew smell as did the entire property. We stayed for the location because it was very close to what we were visiting the area for however I would choose to drive the distance and stay somewhere that was actually worth the money. $100/night was WAY TOO MUCH for what you got.
The “free” breakfast was awful. We will definitely make sure our family and friends NEVER choose this property when traveling to Minnesota.
I’m very sad to have stayed here. If I weren’t in poor health I would have moved to a different hotel all together. Ugh!!! I’m not a picky person or hard to please but I couldn’t not say anything. That is how bad it was. Don’t stay here if given the choice to stay somewhere else.
