Need a bigger bathroom other than that the room was great. Could put mirrors and paintings on the walls in the room, but I think they're remodeling the place, so I guess that stuff is coming soon. The fan or vent in bathroom is way too loud

Wasn't bothered by staff or housekeeping. Bedding and linens were clean

The beds were hard, only 3 pillows on each bed that had plastic pillow covers which weren't comfortable. Ran out of toilet paper right away and 2 bath towels which were very small & thin. No breakfast, room was very outdated and decorated in 1970s decor and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Tiny bathroom. Room was very humid

I was charged a $50 deposit after paying in full on line with booking.com. It's been 2 days and still no deposit. The website said the room I booked was 425 Sq ft, it was 180. Bathroom was obviously recently re tiled and fllr transition strip was not attached and a tripping hazzard.
