Your employees were absolutely wonderful ! Very attentive and helpful, they were awesome !
Negatives:
Our room had a lamp that did not work, we asked one of your employees to check the bulb, they brought a bulb, it was not the problem. One of our family members was deaf, and needed closed caption on the t.v. The remote had CC on it, but it did not work, the front desk did not know why it did not work, they stated they would call the manager to ask ? The room was very very bright, it had beautiful wood blinds, but you could not see your family members during the day due to no blackout curtains ..it was a very clean room, with a few hiccups.

Easy to find and staff was friendly. Second room I had to get was quiet so I could sleep. Views over the lake were nice.
Negatives:
Weird smells. And someone was chain-smoking weed in their bathroom that filtered through into mine and was horrible. Hotel moved me to another room for my week-long stay. Second room was better but still smelled like cooked quinoa? Parking lot and road to the place was full of potholes and I wasn’t overly confident about the security for my vehicle.
