Positives:
The location of the hotel with respect to the University of Minnesota's football stadium.
The rooms were comfortable, but could use a little updating with some muted paint colors.
Negatives:
The breakfast room was cramped, and the breakfast offerings were of marginal quality at best.
Review
My overall impression of the hotel is lukewarm. The location of the hotel is fantastic if you're attending a University of Minnesota football game, but the rooms and breakfast offerings need a little polishing.
