Front desk staff were not helpful. Room had garbage in the sofa, sofa was stained. Request for towels in the pool area was met with 5 towels for the 20+ people in the area. Disappointing at best.

Friendly staff, prompt responses, everything simple to understand, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The size of our room was really spacious, and valet was prompt. Ive seen people complain about the parking, but the fee is really ok if you plan the stay at 1.5 days. $55 for overnight through the next afternoon is quite reasonable for a city center.

There was an odd lack of blankets in a pretty chilly temperature. Our little one slept with two cotton sheets. We had sheets and a summer weight duvet, but I woke up freezing at 4AM.
