Positives:
This hotel was exactly what we wanted! We were in town 1 night for a concert, the hotel was a straight shot to the stadium, about a 10 min walk. Having the restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel made it super convenient to valet our car at arrival and have everything we needed for our short visit.
Both the restaurant and coffee shop were amazing! The hotel embraced the concert in town with a fun scavenger hunt, photo prop area and signature drinks based off her songs.
The hotel was such a vibe and so fun! Our room was comfortable and clean, and staff was more than willing to help and super friendly.
The ease to get to the location getting to and from the interstate was so nice! Wed never been to MN before and had no trouble getting to the hotel or when leaving to head back home!
Negatives:
Option for early check in would be nice but they did allow a waitlist which got us in about 5-10 min before the 3p check in time.

Location, Friendly/helpful front desk, clean. Cool lobby area. Quiet for being right downtown
Negatives:
I parked in the 150 5th Ramp. Cost was cheap, but was a hassle to get into during the weekend. Once we figured it out it was alright.

I liked the lobby w all the plants.
Negatives:
The room I got was extra small, bed was too soft, one lamp didnt turn off but flickered all night. The room was also facing another room. No sun!
