The Graduate series of hotels for the Hilton - this was our first time experiencing this. The staff are all University of Minnesota students and they are excellent. They are exemplars of how hotel service industry should operate. On the ball, full of energy, great and very responsive service. Recognizes you by name from the get go. I would say from a service standpoint, they rivaled a Four Seasons. This is a team of students that professionals in the hotel industry could learn from. The decor was also great. The suites were spacious, decor reflected the region of lakes, etc.
