The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. The room was up to date. The location was perfect we attended a baseball game at Target Field, we could get there from the Skyway in the hotel. Close to restaurants and bars.

The parking situation downtown is ATROCIOUS. With 3 major events going on at once I had to park BLOCKS away, and carry all of our bags by myself. I then had to move my vehicle before time ran out and I got towed.

We were in town for the Frozen Four and we picked this hotel and they were GREAT. They let us check in early and the room was perfect and clean. The shower was big with great water pressure, the bed n pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic (real eggs n sausage!) Minneapolis was a great city, very clean and a lot of nice restaurants.

The room was spacious and had a walkway connecting us directly to the Target Center where we were attending a concert. Normal checkout is at 12pm which is also nice.
