The staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle driver was very nice. He saw that I had mobility issues and dropped us off where we had the smallest walk possible.
Negatives:
The rooms need freshened up a bit. The bed had a hump in the middle so it rolled us to the sides.

The place was clean and well-appointed. The meals at the restaurant are really good. Most of the staff were friendly, but not all.
Negatives:
I would have loved a coffee maker in the room, especially since breakfast is not complementary. I wouldn't have chosen the hotel if I had read closely and seen that breakfast was not complementary. The bed was hard.

The location was great for an early morning flight. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Negatives:
Getting there was confusing, the GPS was not helpful. We ended up having to circle around and try again in rush hour traffic and sideways rain. A sign pointing the way would be helpful.
