Positives: Everything from the lobby to the room was great.
Negatives: The parking situation is different. You will pay like typical downtown. But itÂ's a little walk to and from the hotel.

Positives: Nice location, clean
Negatives: Room was not properly stocked with towels & cups. Requested another towel, took over an hour for it to be brought to the room. Room was small, Â'viewÂ' out the window was another brick wall inside the hotel with windows. Similar to a 2.5 star experi

Positives: I liked the convenience of staying downtown.
Negatives: The photos online did not reflect the room at all. I was very disappointed about that. The layout was completely different and the larger tub that was photographed was not included. When I asked front desk to change, every room was occupied.

Positives: Workout room was awesome! Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He always remembered my name and greeted me each time she saw me.

Positives: The rooms were well appointed and fresh due to the remodel.
Negatives: Yes, the entire hotel is under renovation and we were not apprised prior to booking. There was a make-shift bar on the fifth floor, card tables for the reception desk, and the elevators were wrapped like cargo haulers. Overall, was a poor experience.

Positives: Location
Negatives: Valet price is incorrect on website; price is $50 per night.

Negatives: There was no mention that it is under construction. We didn't know that it was being renovated, and that some amenities like the gym weren't available.
Sandra Traveling as Couple December 30, 2019
Positives: It was beautiful and super convenient to light rail
Mark Senior Traveler December 17, 2019
Positives: Rooms were decent.
Negatives: They tried to charge us $41 to park our car. We went right across the street for $22. You could hear the people in rooms next to you very clearly. They billed us $13 for internet that we didn't use. Cab they called cost $15 to and only $7 back

Positives: The room was amazing
Negatives: No coffee maker in the room nor complimentary coffee. Also- it was under construction- when you first walk - I didn’t feel safe.
Steve Traveling as Couple December 5, 2019
Negatives: No internet. Door locked to Skyway. No hot water first day. No real lounge or restaurant

Positives: Nice room. Appreciate the easy to set-up thermostat. Appreciate that when I left note to not change the towels, it was respected. It often isn't.... Comfy bed.
Negatives: Somewhat my own fault but as there was a large coffee/tea station in the lobby, presumed the food set out was, as is common, a complimentary breakfast. It was not and I was charge for it after I ate. Don't like the glass door on the toilet "room"
