Positives: There is an employee. Who is quite phenomenal. I encountered him as a greeter in the lobby and he was incredibly helpful. And a different day he was working in the market Place snack area and has incredible customer Service skills!!
Negatives: Longer room service hours would be helpful but I understand.

Positives: The staff was very nice and friendly. My family and I stayed at the hotel specifically to have some fun at the pool. The pool was a great temperature and we were luckily the only people there so we felt safe with Covid still going on.
Negatives: The location is the biggest thing. There were a lot of people sitting outside of the parking ramp, looked very sketchy. We didnÂ't feel safe walking two blocks down to a restaurant and ended up driving.

Positives: They appear to be taking proper COVID-19 precautions
Negatives: The hotel is starting to look kind of tired. The furnishings in the room are a bit dated and the carpet needs to be re-stretched as it presents a tripping hazard as you walk in the room.

Negatives: We stayed there on NYE, there were people smoking weed outside our room in the hallway. We had to use a towel to keep the smell from entering our room! It was a horrible experience!
