Positives:
Nothing.. So I arrived and I pulled bout my card to pay and most of my name had rubbed off over time. The gentleman behind the counter was short and looked at me as if I was trying to pull something over or something. I asked about other options and he sneered out like made the snick noise with his tongue and his teeth told me to be about $300. Elephant me and smile and I said where's the cash machine so it goes other won't be enough in there or others "oh down the street" But had me to stay I would have gone somewhere else. Luckily Mike travel and companions will be showing up soon and has her card we can use that but my only saving grace I live 4 miles from this location and the hostility I felt from the sky for not having my payment but he could use the fact that he wasn't checking in turning automatically to persona non broad out of the way he treated me. I've sensitive check people in that are paying and very different and I bet once our paying card gets used very different but that is not okay so. If you like grumpy men in their 40s or '50s snapping back at you I should check in if it's not perfect this is the place.

Kelly at the bar and Carlos at reception were the absolute best around!! They both we friendly, kind and honestly made our trip!
Negatives:
Only way to use the restroom is if you’re checked in. So after traveling for 4+hour had to wait to get checked in to use. Room service was a joke. Order a meal with 2 drinks and was charged for delivery. Brought food, no drinks. They came back with 1 drink. Had to call front desk for the other drink which ended up taking another 10 min to get. No apology or compensation for the delivery fee. Had the DND sign up another day and room service didn’t bother knocking and just walked in.
Not sure if it’s Marriot, but the store in there is outrageously priced. $40 for a charger was the cheapest.
